Salsa Union has been running for nearly 2 years now, and we just keep getting bigger and better.

Having started with just one class, numbers soon meant we had to spilt the class, and now have 3 classes every week, and party nights throughout the year.

Salsa is a fusion of Afro-Caribbean and Cuban dance styles, including Rumba, Boogaloo, Pachanga, and many others. This is normally a partner dance, however there are recognised solo forms, commonly known as shines.

Salsa is a great way to meet new people, as it is deemed rude to turn someone down if they ask you for dance. It is also a great CV work out, as well as helping with rhythm and co-ordination. So don't be shy, come give us ago!
