Paul Longstaff has been a Dance Instructor for the past thirteen years and over the course of his career has gained a credible reputation within the North East of England.

He holds professional dancing training accreditations:

1993-1994 Dance City - National Dance Agency for the North East of England (Newcastle)

1994-1997 Laban Centre of Contemporary Dance (London)

Since 2004, Paul has been teaching Salsa - LA Cross Body (Beginners to Improvers Level).

He says there isn't anyone who can't dance, it's just finding a way that you understand and relate too.
